$6.25/ lb hanging weight for a whole steer. - YOU GET TO PICK! Our butcher will walk you though the cutting process. Chose your cuts, thickness, and everything.
 
$6.50/ lb hanging weight for a half steer. - YOU GET TO PICK! Our butcher will walk you though the cutting process. Chose your cuts, thickness, and everything.
 
$6.75/ lb hanging weight for a quarter steer. - Cuts are split between the halfs. Wholes, halfs, and quarters inventory go off of our harvest dates. All include standard cuts.

MORE NOTES: Non-refundable deposit required. $500 for a half, $1000 for a whole. Due to the nature of harvesting beef, if you place an order for a quarter, half, or whole steer, you are obligated to pay the market price for the quarter, half, or whole steer.
